1. Provider and Scope
FollowerVault is offered by Omnium Dynamics, LLC, based in Augusta, Georgia, United States. These Terms apply to the FollowerVault application, related subscription features, and FollowerVault support materials provided by Omnium Dynamics, LLC.
Your use of Google Play, the Apple App Store, Instagram, Meta, your device operating system, or other third-party services is also subject to the applicable third party's own terms and policies.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You may use FollowerVault only if you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement and use the application under applicable law. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms on your own, a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized person must agree on your behalf where permitted by law.
You represent that you have the right to possess and process any Instagram export or other information you choose to use with FollowerVault.
3. What FollowerVault Does
FollowerVault is a privacy-focused utility that analyzes Instagram follower and following information contained in data-export ZIP files that users obtain directly from Instagram.
FollowerVault does not require your Instagram password, does not log in to your Instagram account, does not authenticate with your Instagram account, does not scrape Instagram, and does not automatically follow, unfollow, block, message, or otherwise modify Instagram accounts.
FollowerVault may allow you to open an Instagram profile or website at your request. Any action you take after leaving FollowerVault is controlled by you and the applicable third-party service.
4. License to Use FollowerVault
Subject to these Terms and applicable marketplace rules, Omnium Dynamics, LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use FollowerVault for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
Except to the extent applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute unauthorized or modified copies of FollowerVault, bypass access controls, circumvent subscription protections, or reverse engineer the application.
5. Your Instagram Export and Device
You are responsible for obtaining your Instagram data export through Instagram and for selecting the appropriate ZIP file for processing. You are also responsible for safeguarding export files that you separately store outside FollowerVault and for maintaining the security of your device.
FollowerVault processes supported Instagram export information locally on your device under the current application design. For more information, see the FollowerVault Privacy Policy.
6. Accuracy, Limitations, and Third-Party Changes
FollowerVault analyzes the information contained in the export files you provide. Results depend on the dates, completeness, format, contents, and accuracy of those files. FollowerVault does not independently verify every account against Instagram.
An account that appears unavailable may have been renamed, disabled, deleted, blocked, removed, or otherwise changed. FollowerVault cannot guarantee the current status of a third-party account based solely on historical export data.
Instagram, Meta, Google, Apple, device manufacturers, and operating-system providers may change their services, policies, data formats, or technical requirements at any time. Omnium Dynamics, LLC does not control those third parties and cannot guarantee that a third-party export format or external service will remain unchanged or continuously compatible.
7. Free Version
FollowerVault may provide a free level of service with limits on features such as the number of imports, the number of displayed results, historical comparisons, or advanced tools. Current Free features and limits are shown inside the application.
Omnium Dynamics, LLC may improve or adjust Free features as the application evolves, provided that paid subscription benefits are not misrepresented.
8. FollowerVault Plus
FollowerVault Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription that provides expanded functionality beyond the Free version. Current Plus benefits may include additional or unlimited imports, complete result lists, follower-change information, import history, expanded organization tools, and other features identified inside the application at the time of purchase.
9. FollowerVault Pro
FollowerVault Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that includes Plus benefits and advanced tools. Current Pro benefits may include Follow & Unfollow History, Smart Cleanup, Multiple Profile Vaults, Watchlists, Repeat Relationship Change analysis, locally generated report exports, and other Pro features identified inside the application at the time of purchase.
10. Subscription Billing and Automatic Renewal
FollowerVault subscriptions are purchased and billed through the application marketplace used for the transaction, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.
FollowerVault may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscription options. A monthly subscription renews at the end of each monthly billing period, and an annual subscription renews at the end of each yearly billing period, unless canceled before the applicable renewal. Your marketplace account will be charged according to the price, billing period, automatic-renewal terms, taxes, and other material terms presented before you confirm the purchase.
An annual subscription is billed as the annual total shown at purchase. Any monthly-equivalent or savings comparison shown for an annual plan is informational only and does not change the annual amount charged by the marketplace.
FollowerVault will clearly identify when a subscription is optional and when Free functionality remains available. Subscription benefits are intended to provide continuing access to recurring app functionality during the active subscription period.
Omnium Dynamics, LLC does not directly receive or store your full payment-card information from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
11. Managing and Canceling a Subscription
You may manage or cancel a FollowerVault monthly or annual subscription through the marketplace account used to purchase it. FollowerVault will provide or direct active subscribers to an online subscription-management option within the application when subscriptions are enabled.
Canceling stops future renewal. Unless applicable law or marketplace policy provides otherwise, cancellation generally does not provide a refund for the current billing period, and access may continue through the end of the monthly or annual period already paid for.
Google Play subscriptions can be managed through Google Play's subscription-management tools. Apple subscriptions can be managed through Apple's subscription-management tools.
12. Refunds, Billing Issues, and Restoring Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the applicable application marketplace. Refund eligibility, billing corrections, charge disputes, and refund processing are generally governed by the marketplace's policies and applicable law.
Where supported by the platform and purchase type, FollowerVault will provide a way to restore eligible subscription access. You are responsible for using the same marketplace account associated with the original purchase.
13. Acceptable Use
You may use FollowerVault only for lawful purposes. You may not use FollowerVault to violate another person's rights, engage in fraud, unlawful harassment, unauthorized access, illegal surveillance, or other unlawful conduct.
You may not intentionally interfere with the application's normal operation, attempt to defeat billing or entitlement controls, distribute unauthorized copies, or use FollowerVault in a manner that violates applicable marketplace rules or law.
14. Intellectual Property
FollowerVault, its original software, visual design, branding, text, documentation, and other materials supplied by Omnium Dynamics, LLC are owned by or licensed to Omnium Dynamics, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of FollowerVault or any Omnium Dynamics trademark, service mark, logo, or other proprietary material.
15. Instagram and Meta Disclaimer
FollowerVault is an independent application offered by Omnium Dynamics, LLC. FollowerVault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Instagram, Meta, and other third-party names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
16. Privacy
Your use of FollowerVault is also governed by the FollowerVault Privacy Policy, which describes how the application accesses, processes, stores, and protects information.
17. Updates, Availability, and Changes
Omnium Dynamics, LLC may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as FollowerVault evolves, subject to applicable law and marketplace requirements. We may also update FollowerVault when necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance, or third-party platform changes.
No software service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently compatible with every future third-party system or data format.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOLLOWERVAULT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
OMNIUM DYNAMICS, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT FOLLOWERVAULT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY FUTURE INSTAGRAM EXPORT, OR THAT EVERY RESULT WILL REFLECT A THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT'S CURRENT STATUS.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OMNIUM DYNAMICS, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO FOLLOWERVAULT OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES MAY OCCUR.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF OMNIUM DYNAMICS, LLC FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO FOLLOWERVAULT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO OMNIUM DYNAMICS, LLC THROUGH THE APPLICABLE APP MARKETPLACE FOR FOLLOWERVAULT DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including any rights or remedies that applicable law makes non-waivable.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Omnium Dynamics, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of FollowerVault, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person's rights, or your use of data that you were not authorized to possess or process.
21. Suspension and Termination
Omnium Dynamics, LLC may suspend or terminate access to FollowerVault features where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, marketplace requirements, or material violations of these Terms. Marketplace subscription rights and refunds remain subject to the applicable marketplace and applicable law.
22. Governing Law
Except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections that cannot legally be waived under the law applicable to that consumer.
23. Disputes
Before filing a formal claim where legally permitted, you and Omnium Dynamics, LLC agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party and describing the issue and requested resolution.
These Terms do not currently require binding arbitration or waive class-action rights. Omnium Dynamics, LLC may adopt a separately reviewed dispute-resolution provision in a future version of these Terms, subject to legally required notice and consent.
24. General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. Omnium Dynamics, LLC may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, sale, transfer of the application, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the FollowerVault Privacy Policy and any purchase terms presented by the applicable marketplace, form the agreement governing your use of FollowerVault. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, warranty, liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions, survive to the extent permitted by law.
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, except for obligations that applicable law does not permit to be excused.
25. Changes to These Terms
Omnium Dynamics, LLC may update these Terms when FollowerVault's features, subscriptions, legal requirements, marketplace requirements, or business practices change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be changed.
Where applicable law or marketplace rules require additional notice or affirmative consent for a material change, Omnium Dynamics, LLC will provide it.
