- Open FollowerVault.
- Tap Show me how to get my ZIP.
- Request a new Instagram export containing Followers and following.
- Choose All time and JSON.
- Download the completed ZIP from Instagram.
- Return to FollowerVault and tap Import Instagram ZIP.
Frequently asked questions
Does FollowerVault need my Instagram password?
No. Never enter your Instagram password into FollowerVault. Any Instagram/Meta sign-in needed to obtain an export happens outside FollowerVault.
Where is my Instagram information stored?
Under the current design, imported follower information, snapshots, checklists, unavailable-profile marks, watchlists, cleanup status, Profile Vault information, and free-preview state are stored locally on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
Why do I need two imports to see who stopped following me?
Your first ZIP creates a starting snapshot. A later ZIP lets FollowerVault compare two points in time. FollowerVault does not guess changes unsupported by your exports.
Why does a profile not open?
The username may have changed, the account may have been disabled/deleted, you may have been blocked, or Instagram may no longer make that username available. FollowerVault does not independently query Instagram to determine which explanation applies.
Does FollowerVault automatically unfollow people?
No. FollowerVault does not follow, unfollow, block, message, or modify Instagram accounts.

How does the Free preview work?
Free users can review up to 20 accounts in supported preview lists. If a visible preview account is moved to Unavailable, FollowerVault can reveal a replacement account, up to 5 unavailable replacements for that import/list. Repeatedly toggling the same account does not create additional replacement credits.
FollowerVault Plus
Current U.S. base prices are $2.99/month or $19.99/year. Plus unlocks complete result lists, additional imports, import history, and expanded follower-change tools. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
FollowerVault Pro
Current U.S. base prices are $5.99/month or $39.99/year. Pro includes Plus and advanced follower insights, Follow & Unfollow History, Smart Cleanup, Multiple Profile Vaults, Watchlists, and report export. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
How do I cancel?
Use Manage Subscription in FollowerVault or the subscription-management tools in the marketplace where you purchased it. Canceling stops future renewal; access generally continues through the paid period subject to marketplace policy and applicable law.
I paid but access is not showing.
Use Restore Purchases and make sure the device is signed into the same marketplace account used for the purchase. If access still does not appear, contact support.
Privacy and security
FollowerVault does not require Instagram credentials and does not upload your Instagram ZIP to an Omnium Dynamics or FollowerVault server for follower analysis under the current design.
