The Sintyrion approach

Configure the platform around how the business operates.

A common secure Core can be configured around an organization's terminology, processes, roles and operating model without creating a different software product for every customer.

Intelligence

Not another collection of disconnected business apps.

The intended Sintyrion end-state is a single operating environment where a relationship can become an opportunity, become work, generate communications and documents, reach billing and payment, feed reporting and predictive signals, trigger automation, and surface the next action—while permissions remain authoritative at every step.

Intended Core end-state

From first customer contact to AI-assisted business intelligence.

This is the broad Sintyrion-Core product direction reflected in the current roadmap and security architecture. Some capabilities are already founded or implemented; others remain under active development or require Beta validation. The list describes intended product scope, not a claim of current commercial availability.

CRM & relationship management

Accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, ownership, relationships, custom fields, tags, saved views, segmentation and a unified chronological relationship story.

Sales pipeline & forecasting

Configurable pipelines and stages, deal boards, aging, scoring, conversion, weighted forecasting, lead intake and lifecycle continuity into downstream work.

Business Overview

Permission-aware owner and manager visibility across pipeline, outstanding work, receivables, project risk, customer concentration, workload and operational exceptions.

Work Queue & action prioritization

A deterministic daily view of overdue follow-ups, neglected relationships, unanswered communications, payment exceptions, pending approvals and failed workflows.

Projects, jobs & work management

Projects, jobs, tasks, activities, assignments, priorities, milestones, checklists, recurring work, time, costs, workload and status visibility.

Calendar & scheduling

Meetings, appointments, deadlines, follow-ups, activities and business scheduling connected to authoritative customer and work records.

Communications

Shared relationship communications, email, templates, assignment, unread/unresolved state, internal notes and adapter-driven SMS, telephony and other supported channels.

Customer collaboration

Secure file requests and foundations for customer access, status sharing, deliverables, approvals, invoices, payments and secure requests where enabled.

Private documents & revisions

Private storage, immutable revisions, authorization, integrity validation, classification, search, retention, expiration, lifecycle events and controlled export.

Proposals, billing & payments

Quotes and estimates, acceptance, project conversion, branded invoices, payment reconciliation, billing history and accounting-friendly outputs.

Accounting connectivity

Replaceable accounting adapters, cloud accounting integration and controlled local/on-premises bridge architecture with health and reconciliation controls.

Reporting & analytics

Permission-aware report building, filtering, grouping, formulas, dashboards, drill-down, sales analytics, operational metrics, profitability and bounded exports.

Predictive intelligence

Explainable forecasting and risk signals for close probability, timing, pipeline health, engagement, retention, expansion, workload and bottlenecks where data supports them.

AI-assisted work

Permission-aware drafting, summaries, relationship briefs, task extraction, internal management summaries, recommendations and suggested follow-up—clearly identified as generated or inferred.

Bounded agentic AI

Controlled AI agents for reviewed tasks such as qualification, triage, information requests, classification and workflow assistance, with scoped tools, hard execution limits and human approval for high-impact actions.

Global search & quick actions

Fast permission-aware discovery across Core records plus reviewed navigation and common actions without allowing search to bypass source authorization.

Workflow automation

Event-driven triggers, conditions, delayed actions, branching, retries, idempotency, scoped service identities, failure visibility, simulation and auditable execution.

Approvals

Reusable sequential or parallel approvals, delegation, expiry, escalation, comments, immutable decision history and authorization revalidation before protected execution.

Data quality

Duplicate candidates, incomplete or stale records, orphaned associations, suspicious data, missing ownership, integration inconsistencies and previewed remediation.

Data import & migration

Spreadsheet and CSV intake, field mapping, bounded transformations, dry-run preview, validation, duplicate policy, relationship reconstruction and resumable execution.

Mobile-first workflows

Phone and tablet access for lookup, updates, activities, communications, files/photos, approvals and field capture with readable, thumb-friendly interfaces.

Secure offline capability

Deliberately scoped offline data and queued work with protected local storage, synchronization, conflict handling, expiry and deployment-level controls where enabled.

Integrations

Provider-neutral connectors for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, calendars, email, communications, payments, accounting and future systems with controlled secrets and egress.

Identity & access

Secure invitations, users, roles, canonical permissions, passkeys/MFA, session controls, recovery and abuse-resistant authentication.

Security, audit & governance

Server-authoritative default-deny access, isolated deployments, private data planes, audit evidence, security monitoring, bounded operations and conservative high-impact action controls.

Customer ownership & portability

Supported export/import, customer-data separation, provider handoff, fresh secret provisioning, support-access revocation and an architecture designed to avoid proprietary data lock-in.

Recovery & resilience

Integrity-checked recovery engineering, explicit security-state exclusions, isolated rehearsal infrastructure and Beta validation of workload-dependent recovery objectives.

Configuration & modularity

Configurable terminology, fields, pipelines, modules, branding, views and workflows on a common Core, preserving extension points for future Industry Packs.

Guided setup & implementation

First-run organization, administrator, branding, terminology, module, workflow, user, integration, AI-policy and security configuration with resumable activation.

Notifications & operational alerts

Configurable reminders and alerts for follow-ups, deadlines, stalled work, approvals, payments and integration failures with controlled delivery preferences.

AI with boundaries

Intelligence should amplify authorized people—not become invisible authority.

Sintyrion's AI architecture is intentionally provider-neutral, permission-aware and auditable. Models are treated as untrusted reasoning components, not authorization engines.

Minimum necessary context

AI receives only authorized records and fields needed for the task. Secrets and reusable credentials stay out of model context.

Human control

High-impact actions such as material external communications, destructive operations, security changes and money movement require explicit approval by default.

Prompt-injection defenses

Email, documents, retrieved content and external responses remain untrusted and cannot grant an agent new permissions.

Provider choice

A provider abstraction is intended to support approved models, data-handling policy, retention settings, cost limits and safe fallback without silent trust downgrade.

Auditable actions

Material AI activity can retain initiating identity, model/version, source references, tools, approvals, outcomes and safety blocks without indiscriminately logging sensitive prompts.

Non-AI paths remain

Ordinary business operations remain usable without AI. Intelligence can enrich ranking, drafting and analysis without becoming required authority for normal work.

Beyond initial Core

Designed to keep expanding without fragmenting the platform.

The architecture preserves extension points beyond the initial Core completion gate. Early candidates include configurable custom objects, an internal knowledge/SOP capability, deeper customer-service surfaces, additional communication channels and specialized Industry Packs. These are not represented as initial Core production blockers unless formally promoted into Core scope.
